Remembering Henry Berleth

For those of you that haven’t heard, Henry Berleth, one of the founders of Jack Berleth & Sons, Inc., passed away on November 12.

Over the years, Henry became a fixture in the Huntington Community. Aside from being involved in the intricacies of Jack Berleth & Sons, Inc. since its creation in 1947, Henry was an active member of Huntington Fire Department for 49 years, serving as the department’s Chaplin for 40 of those years and as Fire Commissioner for 15. Additionally, Henry enthusiastically volunteered for The Gideons International and other church affiliations.

Henry’s incredible work ethic and tireless pursuit of perfection paired with his good humor and patience will continue to be an example for us all. As we begin to slowly adjust to his absence we know that he’ll remain with us as we strive to emulate his high standards both in the plumbing field and personal character. He has certainly left a lasting impression.

We are so grateful for the overwhelming outpouring of sympathy from our clients and friends, many of whom have known Henry since he, Frank, and Jack first started the business. That support has been a tremendous source of strength for all of us who will miss him dearly. Thank you.

And from all of us here, we wish you happy, healthy, blessed holidays, and all the best for the coming New Year.
